For participation in the competition, TURM collects and processes the following data:

By participating, participants expressly agree that their data will be stored by TURM for the duration of the competition and will be used and utilized for the purpose of processing the prize. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without authorization for the purpose of processing the competition.
The personal data of the participants will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other applicable laws.
The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 lit. 1 a DSGVO.
The data will be deleted after the end of the competition, unless there are legal obligations to retain it.
Participants are free to revoke their consent to the storage of their data at any time by sending a revocation to gewinnspiel@turm-sahne.de and thus withdraw from participation.
